Five Below joining Colony Square Mall

ZANESVILLE – Five Below will be joining the Colony Square Mall later this year, according to Times Equities Inc., the owner of the Zanesville mall.
The store is a U.S.-based retailer offering products for $5 or less, and will occupy four individual storefronts that will combine into a single-level store. Five Below will be located in the central area of the mall and will be in the same area Zales jewelry store and Victoria’s Secret. Also relocating to that area of the mall in 2018 will be TJ Maxx. Another store moving into the mall this year is Shoe Carnival. It will be in a space across from Elder Beerman.
Zach Minteer, vice president of real estate for Five Below, said in a press release that the company felt Zanesville was a good fit for Five Below. “We were encouraged with the direction the mall was heading with the addition of a few new national retailers later this year,” he added.
Five Below is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has approximately 550 stores in 32 states.
Colony Square Mall is located at 3575 Maple Ave.
