CBRE arranged for the sale of a 156,256 s/f industrial facility located at 1 Catherine Street in Teterboro, New Jersey. The building was acquired by Duke Realty for an undisclosed price. Brian Fiumara, Michael Hines, Brad Ruppel and Lauren Dawicki along with Jack Fraker of CBRE National Partners, negotiated on behalf of the seller, Catellus Development Corporation, during the transaction. Built in 2015, this state-of-the-art facility sits in the Meadowlands industrial submarket, just minutes from major Interstates I-80 and I-95, and less than 15 miles from New York City. The property is currently fully occupied by Lindenmeyr Munroe, a family-owned and operated leading paper and stacking distributer in the United States.

NAI James E. Hanson arranged the sale of a 4,500 s/f office building located at 158 Bergen Turnpike in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Anthony J. Cassano represented the seller, Wooti Realty, LLC, in the sale to 158 Bergen Owners, LLC. The property is a 4,500 s/f two-story, free-standing office building at the corner of Maple Street and Bergen Turnpike. It offers modern office spaces, updated bathrooms, 15 parking spaces, high speed internet, and a full security system. Located just off the New Jersey Turnpike, the space also provides easy access to Routes 1,3,17 and 46 as well as New York City via the George Washington Bridge. 158 Bergen Owners, LLC will relocate from Brooklyn and utilize the space to house its growing fire and security systems sales business. Time Equities Inc. (TEI) announced the acquisition of Franklin Plaza, a 136,455 s/f multi-tenant office building located at 111 Franklin Road in Roanoke, Virginia. Purchased for $6,350,000, the deal signals TEI’s first acquisition in the city (and fourth office purchase in the state) to date and the latest addition to its Southeast real estate portfolio – the firm currently owns and operates seven commercial and three residential properties throughout the state.
